We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please review the policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Return Window

You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return or exchange. Any requests made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances: gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at [your email address] within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: your order number, the item or items you would like to return, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item showing its condition. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving approval from our team, as unapproved returns will not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and we have confirmed the condition of the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please include this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times can vary. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your email address] and we will look into it for you.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
